Why this drawer fridge earns its place
A refrigerated counter built around six drawers rather than hinged doors. It puts chilled ingredients directly under the prep surface, so a line cook reaches into a drawer for portioned stock and keeps the worktop clear for assembly. Drawer storage suits mise-en-place, with each drawer able to hold a defined set of ingredients for the station.
In service the counter keeps its contents in the supplier-stated +2 to +8 °C chilled band. The 400 litre gross volume and 1295 × 595 × 456 mm internal space give more room than a small drawer counter, while each drawer opens on its own so only the section being worked is disturbed during a busy shift.
The unit is stainless steel 18/8 with 60 mm insulation, automatic defrost, a digital controller, R600a refrigerant and static cooling assisted by a fan. Measure the 1365 mm width, 700 mm depth, 875 mm height and 150 kg gross weight against your doorway and floor before delivery; the specification also lists a 230V, 50 Hz supply, 38 °C max ambient rating and 48 dB(A) noise level.
