Why this triple door counter fridge earns its place
The 7450.5030 Energy Line is a refrigerated prep counter that mixes its storage — one door and four pull-out drawers of chilled storage under a full stainless-steel worktop. The door section takes trays and taller items; the drawer bank organises prep by station and lets a chef reach ingredients from above. Built from stainless steel (AISI 201) with 60 mm insulation, it is designed for a line that wants both formats in one counter, with the worktop giving prep and plating space over the top.
Running as a chilled counter at +2 to +8°C, it holds prep stock through service using ventilated R 600 A refrigeration with automatic defrost and digital temperature control. The stainless top works as an assembly surface while the door and drawers keep ingredients cold beneath it — a gross volume of 291 litres across the mixed storage. Leave airflow clearance around the unit so the refrigeration is not fighting a hot section of the line, and keep the condenser area clean as part of the daily clean-down.
At 1,795 mm wide and 860 mm tall (700 mm deep), weighing 171 kg gross, it is a full-length counter that needs planning. It runs from a standard 230 V, 50 Hz mains socket at 3 kW. Check the external width, depth and height against your doorways, corridors and the gap along the line before ordering, and confirm a suitable mains socket at the position. Full external dimensions, weight and electrical details are listed below, so your fitters can plan handling and the run of the counter before delivery.
