Why this four door counter fridge earns its place
The Energy Line refrigerated counter pairs two door sections with a four-drawer bank beneath a continuous worktop, storing 632 litres of chilled, mixed stock. The doors take trays and bulk stock, while the drawers hold portioned or frequently reached ingredients — chilled storage and prep surface sit in a single footprint.
Through service the mix of doors and drawers lets a line keep mise en place cold and sorted: drawers for the ingredients turned over fastest, doors for longer holding between shifts. Everything is held at -2 to +8 °C in one refrigerated cavity, and the ventilated R290 cooling runs quietly at 40 dB. Several cooks can work the counter at once without disturbing one another.
At 2.33 metres wide and 700 mm deep, it forms a long prep run; at 205 kg and 850 mm high it works as part of a standard line. Built as a free-standing counter for matching-depth equipment, the worktop doubles as prep space along its length. Plan the delivery route and final position before install — measure your doorway and kitchen run carefully given its length — and add the unit to your servicing schedule with the rest of the line.
