Why this triple door counter fridge earns its place
This is a refrigerated prep counter from the Energy Line range, built for the working line rather than front-of-house display. Two full-height hinged doors and two refrigerated drawers sit under a continuous stainless steel top at 1865 mm wide, holding 474 litres at -2 to +8 °C, so cold ingredients stay within reach of the section they feed.
In service the counter holds prepped stock at chilled temperature while the worktop takes the prep. The drawers suit portioned proteins and mise en place a chef pulls repeatedly; the door sections take trays and bulkier stock. Built from stainless steel 430 with 50 mm insulation, the surfaces wipe down between services and stand up to a commercial cleaning routine. At 40 dB(A), the unit stays quiet through a busy shift.
As an under-counter format it sits 850 mm tall and 700 mm deep at working height, lining up with other units in the same range to build a continuous run at 175 kg per unit. Plan the door and drawer swing against your gangway, and leave the specified clearance for the refrigeration to breathe. For dimensions, supply and servicing, check the spec table or talk the install through with our team before you order.
