The 7950.5185 is a refrigerated prep counter built with six chilled drawers under a stainless worktop, spanning 1795 mm across the line. It puts cold storage and workspace in one footprint, so portioned stock stays chilled directly beneath the surface where it is prepped, with 417 litres of capacity built from stainless steel 18/8 with 60 mm insulation.
Drawers, rather than doors, bring portioned and pan-based stock to the front at a glance and slide out for quick access during service. The worktop takes prep and plating above, while the drawers keep ingredients cold below without a separate reach-in.
Adjustable feet let you level the counter on an uneven floor and set it into a run. The unit is 700 mm deep, 850 mm tall, weighs 140 kg, and runs on 230 V drawing just 0.23 kW during operation — one of the lower-power options in the drawer range.
