The Adande CU161 is a double-drawer counter fridge-freezer from Adande's VCS range, measuring 1100 mm wide and 700 mm deep. It puts cold storage into the counter itself at 846 mm height, so chilled and frozen stock sits within reach of the prep or service station, storing 86 litres at temperatures from −22 °C to +15 °C.
Two drawers give direct top-down access to stock, so staff pull open a drawer rather than reaching into a cabinet. The counter-height build means it doubles as work and storage space along the line, and the drawer format keeps cold contained during each access rather than opening a full door. The unit is ideal for meat, deli and larder prep, pastry and dessert work, and garnish and mise en place storage.
Built in stainless steel with 25 mm insulation and weighing 155 kg, it sits under the worktop and integrates into a run of kitchen furniture as a permanent installation. Verify the 230V single-phase electrical supply and confirm the worktop height matches the rest of your line before the install.
