Why this counter fridge earns its place
The Williams Jade Slimline HJSC3-SA is a three-door refrigerated counter built for chilled prep sections that cannot spare the depth of a standard counter. It gives a full 1880 mm wide run at 857 mm counter height, but keeps the cabinet to 500 mm deep so the line stays workable in narrow kitchens.
The cabinet holds 190 litres net across three doors, with six 2/3 GN shelves for organised chilled stock. That suits ingredients, mise en place and section backups that need to stay directly under the prep surface, while the three-door layout lets staff open only the part of the counter they are using.
It runs at +1 to +4 °C with air cooling, climate class 4 performance and R290 refrigerant with GWP 3. The stainless steel and aluminium finish fits the rest of the Jade commercial range, and the 230V connection is rated at 265 W.
