Why this triple door counter fridge earns its place
The SK6310 is a three-door refrigerated counter built to work as both a prep surface and chilled storage in a commercial kitchen. At 600 mm deep it is designed to fit narrow galley and back-line spaces where a standard counter will not, while its three hinged self-closing doors open onto 345 litres of net chilled storage (360 litres gross) beneath the worktop.
It holds -2 to +10 °C under an electronic controller, with automatic defrost and ventilated cooling for even temperature across the cabinet. Three white wire shelves organise the interior. Running noise is a low 42 dB(A), and at an energy-class-B rated 821.2 kWh a year it costs about £205 a year at 25p/kWh, drawing 300 W.
The cabinet is 1795 × 600 × 880 mm (W×D×H) and built in SS304 stainless steel inside and out for hygienic wipe-down. It runs on a standard 220-240 V, 13 A supply, uses R600a refrigerant with a 95 g charge, and weighs 130 kg gross. It is rated to climate class 4 for warmer ambient kitchens.
