Why this counter fridge earns its place
The Polar U-Series UA106 is a triple-door slimline counter fridge for prep areas where chilled stock needs to stay under the work surface. At 1795mm wide, 600mm deep and 860mm high, it gives a useful run of refrigerated counter storage without the deeper footprint of a 700mm counter. The stainless steel build and worktop suit daily commercial kitchen use, while the manufacturer text highlights lockable self-closing doors, castors, automatic defrost and digital controls.
The storage layout is straightforward: three doors, three shelves and 231 litres of listed capacity. That makes it easy to split prep ingredients, dairy, fresh produce or ready-to-use service stock by section, instead of crowding everything into a single upright cabinet away from the line.
