Why this counter fridge earns its place
The Polar U-Series UA084 is a triple-door patisserie counter fridge for chilled bakery and service prep storage. Its advertised 634-litre gross volume and 410-litre net volume give a wide counter-fridge layout for sites that need chilled stock close to production, finishing or plating areas.
This model is built around patisserie workflow rather than general chilled storage alone. Polar lists compatibility with 600 x 400mm patisserie trays, with a maximum capacity of seven trays per door, while the five shelves, three hinged doors and stainless steel exterior give clear separation for desserts, pastry work, chilled boxes and mise en place.
The UA084 runs at +2 to +8 °C, uses R600a refrigerant and carries climate class 5 performance. It is 2020mm wide, 800mm deep and 860mm high, with 350 W rated input, A energy class, 690 kWh/year consumption and fitted lockable castors noted by the manufacturer for easier manoeuvring.
