The PG023 is Polar's G-Series triple door counter fridge — a longer run than the double door PG022, optimising both storage and workspace for busier professional kitchens. The black finish presents a polished look wherever it's visible to customers, while the integrated stainless steel worktop creates an instant prep surface, letting chefs grab chilled ingredients and prepare them without leaving the station.
Three separate compartments, each with its own adjustable shelf, hold 251 litres of net storage at +2°C to +8°C. Fan-assisted cooling ensures rapid temperature recovery during frequent door openings across a busy service, while a digital temperature controller maintains the precision cooling that food safety depends on. It draws 235W on a 220-240V supply, rated Energy Class C at 1062.2kWh a year with an EEI of 43.7%, and carries a climate class 4 rating on R600a refrigerant.
The three solid doors have removable seals to simplify cleaning further, and the interior is 1/1 GN compatible, accommodating standard catering trays for efficient stock flexibility across all three compartments. Construction is easy-clean strong steel throughout, weighing 130kg gross with a 2-year parts and labour warranty.
