This is a three-door negative refrigerated counter from Combisteel's Energy Line — a negative counter, meaning it runs at freezing temperatures for frozen storage. It puts frozen components directly under the worktop where the line works, so staff pull stock without walking to a separate freezer or walk-in. The three doors give sectioned access along the 1,785 mm wide counter, and the stainless top doubles as a prep or plating surface. The unit holds 474 litres of frozen storage across its cabinet.
The refrigeration is a monoblock system, built as a single self-contained block rather than a remote unit. That keeps servicing simpler, because the cooling can be attended to or swapped as one part with less downtime. The counter runs between −10 and −22 °C for frozen storage and holds stock at freezing temperatures for line use, and the stainless steel 430 build wipes down for hygiene.
