The Polar U-Series UA049 four door counter fridge is the largest of the counter range's chilled storage options, giving high-volume kitchens a full 553-litre-class cabinet with four independent doors and a stainless steel prep worktop running the full width above.
Usable capacity runs to 393 litres across four adjustable shelves, and the interior is 1/1 gastronorm compatible for direct transfers to a blast chiller, combi oven or freezer. Forced air cooling holds -2 to +8°C evenly across the largest cabinet in the range, recovering quickly under frequent door access during service, and the unit is rated Climate Class 5.
Construction is stainless steel throughout, refrigerant is R600a, and the fridge draws 300W. Automatic defrost, self-closing doors and an accurate digital controller keep day-to-day operation straightforward, and built-in castors make repositioning easy.
