Why this double door counter fridge earns its place
The CK7210X1SP is a two-door refrigerated Gastronorm counter that puts chilled storage directly under the prep line. At 1360 × 700 × 960 mm (W×D×H) it sits at working counter height, with a stainless-steel top above and 190 litres of usable chilled storage (238 litres gross) below, behind two self-closing hinged doors. It comes with two grey wire shelves for organising stock.
It holds a -2 to +8 °C band suited to chilled prep ingredients and pre-portioned stock, with ventilated cooling for an even temperature across the cabinet and automatic defrost. At 38 dB it runs quietly enough for prep areas near front-of-house. Rated energy class A at 375.9 kWh a year, with an energy efficiency index of 16.5, it costs about £94 a year at 25p/kWh to run.
The cabinet is SS304 stainless steel inside and out. It measures 700 mm deep and 960 mm high, and packs to 1390 × 730 × 1010 mm for delivery, weighing 112 kg net (122 kg gross). It plugs into a standard 13-amp 220-240V 50Hz socket and uses R600a refrigerant with a 95 g charge, drawing 300 W — so no dedicated hard-wired supply is needed.
