It puts 228 litres of chilled storage directly under the worktop behind two hinged doors, so prepped ingredients and daily stock sit within reach of the person building dishes. Built in stainless steel with 60 mm insulation, it holds +2 to +8 °C on a ventilated cooling system, keeping ingredients at safe chilling temperature without requiring a walk-in behind the counter.
