Why this double door counter fridge earns its place
This is a two-door refrigerated counter built for the working line of a commercial kitchen. In a 903 × 700 × 870 mm footprint it gives 257 litres of gross chilled capacity, with an 810 × 585 × 456 mm internal space under the worktop. That makes it a compact service-line counter rather than a long bench run: ingredients stay within reach without sending staff back to an upright or cold room.
Day to day, the two doors give separate access to each side of the cabinet, so a section can split prep by use, course or station. Ventilated R600a cooling, automatic defrost and a digital controller hold the cabinet in the +2 to +8 °C chilled band, while 45 mm insulation helps the counter recover after regular door openings. The stainless steel AISI 201 body gives a wipe-clean working surface above the cold storage.
For siting, plan for its 83 kg gross weight and leave ventilation clearance around the refrigeration so it can breathe in ambient temperatures up to 30 °C. It runs from a 230 V, 50 Hz supply; the supplier's power figure should be checked before electrical planning.
