Why this double door counter fridge earns its place
The Refrigerated Counter Upstand 2 Doors Monoblock Energy Line is a two-door refrigerated prep counter with a raised upstand along the back edge of the worktop. At 1300 mm wide and 281 litres capacity, it gives a kitchen chilled under-counter storage and a splash-protected work surface in one back-of-house unit.
The upstand stops spills and debris dropping behind the counter where it meets the wall, which helps with hygiene and cleaning. Built in stainless steel 430 with 60 mm insulation, the Monoblock refrigeration system is a single self-contained module that runs at -2 to +8 °C, so the refrigeration can be serviced as one unit. It's a refrigerated counter for chilled storage, not a freezer.
