The 7489.5100 is a two-door refrigerated prep counter — a working surface over two chilled compartments behind doors. It is 1300 mm wide, 700 mm deep, and 850 mm tall, holding 281 litres of chilled storage. It gives a kitchen a prep top and cold storage in the same footprint, so ingredients live directly beneath where they are used rather than in a separate cabinet across the room. It is built to sit within a counter run and take the everyday load of a busy line.
In service, the two doors keep chilled ingredients at -2 to +8 °C under the worktop while staff prep on top. The refrigeration is a monoblock design — a single self-contained block with automatic defrost and a digital controller — which means it can be removed and serviced as one unit rather than as separate parts, keeping maintenance straightforward for a hard-working counter. The unit runs at 40 dB(A), so it doesn't disrupt the kitchen noise.
It is an under-counter format built from stainless steel with 60 mm insulation, so it needs floor space within your run and a supply nearby rather than dedicated plant space.
