Why this single door commercial upright freezer earns its place
The BF850I is a single-door upright freezer for back-of-house frozen storage. It holds 737 litres net (850 litres gross) behind one hinged, self-closing solid door, with a 304 stainless steel cabinet inside and out that stands up to a working kitchen and wipes down clean.
In use it runs a deep frozen band of -24 to -18 °C, held by ventilated cooling for even temperature and managed by an electronic controller. Defrost is automatic, so it looks after itself. It is rated at 48 dB. On energy class D at 3150 kWh a year, expect about £788 a year at 25p/kWh.
Internal storage measures 620 × 860 × 1397 mm (W×D×H), and the unit ships packed at 770 × 1020 × 2070 mm, so check your access route and doorways before delivery. Gross weight is 161 kg. It runs on a 220-240 V/50 Hz supply and uses natural R290 refrigerant with a 115 g charge.
