Why this counter freezer earns its place
The True TCF1/3 is a three-door counter freezer that puts serious frozen storage at prep height along a working line. Built around 1/1 gastronorm, it has six shelves and a dual tray-slide system with anti-tilt support for wire shelves and GN pan storage, so a kitchen keeps frozen stock and worktop in a single run rather than sending cooks to a separate freezer.
Three doors let a busy section reach one zone without opening the whole cabinet, keeping cold in and stock organised across the run. The cabinet is listed at 435 litres gross and 249 litres net, with forced-air cooling and a -23 to -18 °C range for frozen holding through service.
True builds this model for demanding kitchens: climate class 5, 80 mm insulation, digital control, locks, heavy-duty metal handles and field-reversible door hinges. The patented reversing condenser fan motors reverse during defrost off-cycles to help keep the condenser coil clearer of dirt, dust and debris.
