Why this triple door counter freezer earns its place
The CF7310 is a triple-door counter freezer that puts frozen storage and a work surface in one under-counter run, keeping frozen stock to hand at the prep line. Gross volume is 417 litres and net usable volume is 402 litres across three wire shelves, reached through three hinged, self-closing doors.
It holds a frozen band of -20 to -10 °C using ventilated cooling for an even temperature, with automatic electric defrost and an electronic controller managing the cycle. Running noise is 42 dB and it carries a climate class 4 rating for warm commercial kitchens. As a counter freezer it draws more power than a chiller: rated energy use is 3197.4 kWh a year, energy class D — about £799 a year at 25p/kWh.
The cabinet measures 1795 × 700 × 980 mm externally with 1337 × 530 × 589 mm inside, so check doorways and the route to position before it arrives. Construction is stainless steel inside and out. It runs from a standard 13 A, 220–240 V supply drawing 570 W, using R290 refrigerant with a 90 g charge, and weighs 162 kg gross.
