Why this triple door counter freezer earns its place
The INOMAK LN999 is a triple hinged-door freezer counter for kitchens that need more frozen storage than a two-door unit but still want it at worktop height. At 1790 x 700 x 890 mm (W×D×H) it holds 429 litres gross across three doors, each fitted with a GN1/1 shelf sized 530 x 325 mm — organised, gastronorm-native storage rather than one deep unbroken cabinet. It suits busier restaurant, hotel and contract-catering kitchens running enough frozen stock to justify three separate compartments.
Running temperature holds -20 to -10°C, maintained by forced air circulation and hot gas defrost, so frost clears automatically without a lasting temperature swing. The embedded digital controller gives a clear temperature display, and condensate water evaporates automatically rather than needing manual draining. Annual consumption runs to 337 kWh — the same draw as the smaller two-door LN99, since the extra capacity comes from a longer cabinet rather than a heavier compressor. Climate Class 5 rates it to +43°C ambient, so it holds temperature in a genuinely hot kitchen rather than just a cool back room.
Build is AISI 304 stainless steel exterior and interior, including the back panel, with rounded internal corners for a hygienically designed interior. All three doors are self-closing at 90° and fitted with a replaceable, removable magnetic gasket. The evaporator is epoxy coated against corrosion, insulation is injected polyurethane foam, and clip-on guides make the interior fast to strip for cleaning. It runs on R290, a natural hydrocarbon refrigerant with negligible global warming potential.
