Why this counter freezer earns its place
The Williams Jade Slimline FD359 is the freezer version of the Jade slimline three-door counter, built for kitchens where a standard-depth counter would take too much of the gangway. The 1880 mm wide cabinet keeps to a reduced 500 mm depth and 857 mm counter height, so it can sit in the line as both frozen storage and usable prep surface.
Inside, the cabinet gives 206 litres of net frozen storage across three doors and six 2/3 GN shelves. That makes it a working freezer reserve rather than a bulk store: frozen portions, fries, dough, desserts or service backups stay close to the section, with one door opened at a time instead of the whole cabinet.
Performance is commercial rather than domestic: air cooling, a -18 to -22 °C freezer band, climate class 4 and R290 refrigerant with GWP 3. The stainless steel and aluminium build is made for back-of-house use, and the 230V connection is rated at 389 W.
