The T868 is Williams' Jade LJC2-SA, a 2-door counter freezer with a 1/1 gastronorm interior and user-friendly digital controls, built for kitchens that want frozen storage integrated into a counter run rather than a standalone upright freezer taking up floor space elsewhere.
It holds -22 to -18°C and is rated Energy Class C at 1481.9 kWh/year, with an EEI of 42.75% and a climate class 5 rating for efficient running up to 43°C ambient. Cooling is forced air, drawing 380W, and the cabinet is fitted with 2 x 1/1 GN nylon-coated wire shelves per section (4 in total).
Build is foodsafe, easy-clean stainless steel exterior with an aluminium interior, radiused interior corners, and self-closing, barrel-locked doors with magnetic balloon gaskets giving a 100% tight seal. Precision-injected high-density polyurethane insulation (low GWP, zero ODP) sits behind heavy-duty, non-marking swivel castors with brakes, anti-tilt trayslides and a removable racking system. R290 refrigerant runs the system through the capacitive touch CoolSmart controller and its easy-wipe, IP55-rated display. It carries a 2-year parts and labour warranty and weighs 120kg.
