The Williams Jade LJ400U-SA is an undermount freezer from the Williams Jade range, designed to sit beneath a worktop or counter. It holds 410 litres of frozen stock across six shelves at a slim 684 mm height—built for point-of-use frozen storage so that chefs can pull stock without leaving their section and crossing the kitchen to a remote freezer.
In service it runs as a low-line storage cabinet under the bench, locked at -18 to -22°C, holding stock frozen and to hand through prep and service. It runs on 230V at 210 watts and uses R290 refrigerant in climate class 5. The six shelves and 410-litre net capacity are sized for a 1/1 GN footprint; match them to the frozen items you keep at the section.
As an undermount unit it is built to fit under a counter run at 1.956 metres from floor to top. Check the external dimensions—height, width and depth—and the electrical requirement against your worktop access and doorways before installation. It carries a 2-year parts-and-labour warranty. At energy class D, it runs at around 5.21 kWh every 24 hours, making it a heavier draw than chill units but standard for freezer duty.
