The F60CDRU is a single-door upright freezer from Hoshizaki's Premier range, built to a slimline width of 610mm so it holds a full column of frozen stock without eating floor space. At 2075mm tall (over 2m), it's a narrow, tall footprint that suits kitchens where frozen storage has to fit a tight run or wall line. It holds 335 litres across 4 shelves.
Behind a solid single door, interior shelving stacks frozen product at -25 to -5°C for easy back-of-house access during service. The upright format keeps everything at eye and hand height, so stock rotation is quicker than digging through a chest.
