Why this single door commercial upright freezer earns its place
The 7489.5445 is a stainless-steel roll-in freezer with a monoblock refrigeration system, holding 1400 litres across two doors. It is built so a loaded wheeled rack or trolley goes straight through the door, so a full batch of stock or trays moves in and out in one movement rather than being transferred shelf by shelf.
In day-to-day use it runs at –10 to –20 °C for deep frozen holding — the standard band for batch storage. The monoblock refrigeration is a single self-contained module using R 290 refrigerant, so servicing is done on one block rather than a split system, keeping downtime short.
This is a large unit: 1.82 m wide, 1.21 m deep and 2.21 m tall, weighing 375 kg.
