Why this upright freezer earns its place
The Foster EcoPro G3 GP623-SEB is a double-door commercial upright freezer for high-volume back-of-house frozen storage. It sits in the 1350 litre gross / 964 litre net cabinet class and stands 2080mm tall on a 1440 × 820mm footprint, giving a full-height Foster freezer without moving into walk-in territory. A stainless steel back cover means it can be positioned as an island in the kitchen rather than against a wall.
Behind two hinged doors are six shelves with 2/1 gastronorm (GN double) compatibility, so frozen ingredients separate cleanly by section, service area or stock type. The stainless steel exterior stands up to a working kitchen, the aluminium interior wipes down for routine cleaning, and 50mm insulation holds the cabinet steadily between -21°C and -18°C.
This is the eco version of the EP1440L, running on natural, HFC-free R290 refrigerant (GWP 3) with fan-assisted cooling. It is rated energy class D at 3977.72 kWh a year (8.53 kWh/24h) on a standard 230V supply.
