Why this double door commercial upright freezer earns its place
The 7450.0415 is a double-door commercial upright freezer holding 1200 litres for back-of-house bulk frozen storage. It is the workhorse behind the line — a full-height cabinet that holds the frozen stock a busy kitchen turns over each week, from proteins to par-baked and prepped items, in one addressable unit rather than spread across separate chest freezers.
It uses fan-assisted cooling, which circulates cold air through the cabinet to hold an even temperature between -10 and -20 °C across every shelf rather than letting the coldest air settle at the base. Two doors split access, so a cook can pull from one side while the other stays shut, limiting the warm-air ingress that forces the compressor to work harder on a freezer this heavily used. Manual defrost puts you in control of the freeze cycle.
The exterior is stainless steel and the interior aluminium, both chosen to take daily commercial use and wash-down. At 1340 mm wide, 810 mm deep and 2010 mm high, it fits a standard kitchen bay. It is a floor-standing, plug-in cabinet weighing 190 kg, so it needs a level footprint, ventilation clearance around the condenser and a nearby socket. Noise runs at 50 dB(A), so it sits quietly even in a busy kitchen. Check the dimensions against your access route before delivery.
