Why this low temperature chest freezer earns its place
The EL11LT is a compact low-temperature chest freezer for kitchens and businesses that need to hold stock colder than a standard freezer. It reaches -45 °C, well below the usual frozen band, in a white cabinet holding 130 litres. The small footprint suits it to specialist frozen storage where the volume is modest but the temperature has to go low.
It holds a band of -45 to -10 °C, so it covers both deep-cold storage and ordinary freezing. Defrost is manual, cleared on a routine that suits your schedule. It runs at 49 dB and is rated to climate class 4 for warm surroundings. On energy class C at 375.9 kWh a year, running cost works out at about £94 a year at 25p/kWh.
External dimensions are 725 × 650 × 865 mm, a compact chest that fits where a full-size freezer would not. It weighs 46 kg net, runs from a standard 13 A supply on 220-240 V, 50 Hz, and uses 65 g of R290 refrigerant.
