Why this fridge room earns its place
The ADV2121 HT REM is a square 2100mm x 2100mm room at 2100mm high, giving 9.261m³ of chilled storage fitted 3 tier throughout — the remote-condenser version of Foster's mid-size Advantage fridge. Rather than mounting the condensing unit on the room, this configuration runs it as separate plant connected by refrigerant pipework, letting the compressor sit elsewhere on site away from the working kitchen.
Temperature is held at 1°C to 4°C, rated for a maximum ambient of 32°C. The remote condensing unit runs on a single-phase 230/1/50V supply rated at 4.5kW using R452a refrigerant. Insulated panels reduce running costs across the room's volume, and LED lighting is fitted as standard throughout for clear visibility of stock across the full 3 tier layout.
Finish is white laminate, with a hinged door and a gross weight of 525kg once assembled. Foster manufactures the Advantage range in the UK, and the ADV2121 HT REM carries a 1-year parts and labour warranty.
