Why this freezer room earns its place
The ADV1818 LT INT is the entry-size walk-in freezer in Foster's Advantage range, an integral cold room built at 1800mm wide by 1800mm deep by 2100mm high — 6.804m³ of usable volume, fitted out 3 tier throughout for genuine floor-to-ceiling storage rather than a single shelf run. It's the integral version, meaning the condensing unit is built onto the room itself rather than piped to a remote unit elsewhere on site, so once it's positioned and wired in it's ready to run.
Running temperature is held at -21°C to -18°C, rated for a maximum ambient of 32°C, which covers a standard back-of-house kitchen environment without additional ventilation planning. The insulated panel construction is designed specifically to hold that temperature efficiently, cutting the running cost against an equivalent volume split across separate chest or upright freezers. Refrigerant is R452a, and the integral condensing unit runs on a single-phase 230/1/50V supply rated at 5.0kW. LED lighting is fitted as standard throughout, keeping running costs down further against fluorescent fittings.
The room is finished in white laminate — an easy-clean surface that also reflects light well under the LED fit-out — with a hinged door and a gross weight of 550kg once assembled. Foster manufactures the Advantage range in the UK, and backs the ADV1818 LT INT with a 1-year parts and labour warranty.
