The 7525.0010 is a dual-zone under-counter wine cooler holding 119 litres across two independently controlled compartments. Built to sit within a run of bar or back-of-house units, it lets one cabinet handle both reds and whites at separate service temperatures without compromising either, keeping bottles at pour-ready temperature from the service point rather than tying up a main cellar.
In use, each zone is set and held separately, so you can run one compartment for whites and the other for reds (anywhere from +5°C to +20°C per zone) and adjust each to suit the wines on your list. That gives steady, dependable holding through a shift without shuffling stock between cabinets. The single door design with internal zone separation keeps the cabinet neat when closed. LED interior lights show stock without opening.
