Why this display fridge earns its place
The HW184 is the Roller Grill RSD80, a countertop sushi display cabinet holding eight 1/3 GN trays. It is designed to present sushi, sashimi and chilled ready-to-eat lines on a counter where customers can see the product and pick it up, which makes it a point-of-sale display for made-up grab-and-go food rather than back-of-house storage. It holds +2 to +8 °C, perfect for sushi and delicate chilled items that spoil quickly if it gets warmer.
Day to day it works as a front-facing display. The curved glass keeps the product visible and lit while it sits on the counter in the customer's eyeline, and staff load and restock it from the rear sliding doors so the presentation stays tidy through service. Its job is to hold prepared items on show and moving, not to be a bulk chiller. The cabinet is 1800mm wide, 400mm deep and 265mm tall, fitting neatly between the register and the queue.
Because it is a countertop cabinet, the RSD80 stands on an existing counter rather than the floor, which suits sites where counter frontage is available but floor space is limited. It weighs 42 kg and runs from a standard 230V socket at just 145 W — no special electrical work needed. Leave clearance around the cabinet so it can shed heat, and site it where the queue passes the curved glass to catch impulse sales.
