Why this display fridge earns its place
The Roller Grill RSD60 is a countertop sushi display cabinet holding six 1/3 GN trays, a compact refrigerated display made to show off chilled small plates while keeping them at +2 to +8 °C. It puts sushi, maki, nigiri, poke pots, desserts and other cold ready-to-eat items on view at the counter, so customers can see the range and pick without a member of staff serving from behind a screen. The curved glass front and internal lighting make the product stand out in a busy service area.
Because it is a display cabinet, presentation does the selling — stock sits out in clear view and lit, faced toward the customer at eye level on the counter. It suits front-of-house service in restaurants, cafés and hotels as much as a grab-and-go station in a retail food business, where a visible chilled range drives impulse pick-up. Staff restock it from the rear sliding doors, so the customer-facing glass stays clean and the product never gets turned or mishandled in front of the queue.
It is a countertop unit measuring 1250mm wide, 400mm deep and 265mm tall, weighing just 35 kg. It plugs into 230V at 145 W with no special electrical work needed. Keep it out of direct sun and away from heat sources such as grills or hot passes so it holds temperature through service. Measure your counter run and socket location before ordering, and our team can confirm the fit.
