Why this sushi display fridge earns its place
The VSU4P is a countertop refrigerated sushi display, 1268mm wide, built to sit on a counter and present sushi, sashimi and chilled prepared items at the point of sale. At just 230mm high it is a low-profile unit that keeps the product in front of customers without blocking sightlines across a counter, which is what makes it suited to grab-and-go and made-to-order sushi service.
Day to day, the cabinet has manual defrost, so it is switched off and cleared of ice on a routine you set rather than running an automatic cycle. It runs on R134a refrigerant and carries a climate class 4 rating, meaning it is tested to hold its display temperature steady in warm, humid ambient conditions, which covers a busy service counter.
For installation, the external dimensions are 1268 × 410 × 230 mm (W × D × H) and gross weight is 40 kg, so it sits on a countertop rather than needing floor space. The exterior is aluminium. Check the counter run is at least 1268mm clear and that the surface takes the weight before positioning it.
