Why this fresh meat display fridge earns its place
The Refrigerated Meat Display RICK 4.0 is the largest RICK meat counter in this batch: a 3820 mm wide, 1095 mm deep serve-over built specifically for fresh meat. It gives butchers, farm shops and staffed food retail a long plate-cooled deck for cuts, joints and packaged meat, with LED interior lighting to keep the display clear across the full counter run.
The cabinet's static cooling system is specified for a -1 to +7 °C operating band, using R290 refrigerant and automatic defrost. With 1487 litres of gross volume and an internal display area listed at 3750×720 mm, it is a serious fresh-meat presentation counter rather than a token add-on to a chilled aisle.
A fresh-meat serve-over is meant to display already-chilled product, not pull warm meat down to temperature. Load it from your coldroom or prep refrigeration, keep the deck dressed for trade, and use the 40 mm insulation, chilled plate and automatic defrost as part of a managed counter routine.
