Why this curved glass serve over fridge earns its place
The BCG250WHV2 is Blizzard's 2.5-metre curved-glass serve-over counter — a staffed display counter with a sweeping curved glass front. It presents product along a full 2.5 metres of counter for served-over trade, where a member of staff selects and hands product across the glass rather than customers self-serving. That format suits fresh, weighed and made-to-order lines: sliced meats, cheeses, pies, cakes and prepared foods that sell better with a person behind the counter.
The curved glass front gives customers a clear, low-angle view of the display while the serving side stays with your staff, so the counter works as both a merchandiser and a service station. Product sits on the display deck facing the customer, and your team works the reverse side. It is a presentation counter for stock that is already prepared and at temperature, built around the rhythm of a staffed deli, butchery or patisserie counter rather than back-of-house storage.
The counter is a large single fixture: 2580 mm wide, 1030 mm deep and 1200 mm tall (W×D×H). The 2.5-metre length means it almost always has to be manoeuvred in as one piece, so measure your doorways, corridors and the final counter run before delivery, and plan the lift. At 1200 mm tall it sits at a natural serving height, with the 1030 mm depth giving room for the display deck at the front and the staff working aisle behind.
