Why this triple door glass door fridge earns its place
The Atom Maxi C3DB is a triple-door upright glass merchandiser built to put a full chilled range in front of the customer. Behind three hinged glass doors it offers 2.38 m² of display area and 15 adjustable shelves, with 1,264 litres of net volume from a 1,664-litre gross cabinet. The exterior is finished in black RAL9005 with a white RAL9003 interior, keeping the focus on the stock rather than the case.
It holds -1 to +10 °C through ventilated cooling and an electronic controller, with automatic off-cycle defrost to keep the glass and shelves clear during trading. It carries an energy class B rating with an energy efficiency index of 19.5%, drawing 1,974.7 kWh a year — about £494 a year at 25p/kWh, before your own tariff, ambient and door-opening patterns are factored in. Noise is rated at 65 dB and it is built to climate class 3.
The cabinet measures 1880 × 710 × 2003 mm externally and ships packed at 1905 × 760 × 2090 mm, with a gross weight of 235 kg, so plan a wide delivery route and installed position. It runs from a standard 13 A supply at 220-240 V with an input power of 700 W, and uses R290 refrigerant with a 130 g charge.
