Why this display fridge earns its place
The Polar G-Series GE769 is a triple-door upright display chiller with around 1,300 litres of chilled display space across 15 adjustable shelves. Three doors across the front put a large run of chilled drinks, grab-and-go and packaged food on show at once, so it works as the main merchandising cabinet on a shop floor or a busy grab-and-go point rather than a back-of-house store. The chiller runs at 0 to 10 °C, and the overhead light box draws the eye to the full width of display.
It is built to climate class 4, which rates it for the warmer, busier ambient conditions of a trading retail floor rather than a cool back room. The triple-door layout lets you manage stock facings across a wide frontage without swinging wide into the aisle. The cabinet measures 2,036 mm high, 1,560 mm wide and 730 mm deep, and weighs 174 kg, so it is a floor install that needs level flooring and a solid route in.
Energy class D with an annual consumption of 2,081 kWh means it is an economical large-format cabinet for a busy retail environment. Measure your doorway and the full route in against the dimensions in the spec table, checking the narrowest point before you order. The refrigerant, warranty and all technical details are listed on this page.
