Why this single door glass door fridge earns its place
The UR400SG is a single glass-door upright display fridge for chilled grab-and-go merchandising. It gives 374 litres gross and 350 litres net over four white wire shelves and 0.75 m² of display area, behind one hinged glass door. The exterior is SS430 stainless steel with a white ABS interior, in a slim 600 mm-wide footprint that fits into a fixture line or beside a till.
It holds +2 to +10 °C with automatic defrost and an electronic controller, and it carries climate class 4. At 40 dB it runs quietly enough for a front-of-house position. Energy class B works out at 773.8 kWh a year, roughly £193 a year to run at 25p/kWh, with an energy efficiency index of 14.8%.
The cabinet measures 600 × 585 × 1855 mm (W × D × H) and weighs 80 kg net, 85 kg gross. Packed for delivery it is 690 × 650 × 2050 mm, so check doorways and access against that before it arrives. It runs from a standard 13 A supply at 220–240 V, drawing 130 W, and uses R600a refrigerant with a 75 g charge.
