Why this single door glass door fridge earns its place
The INFRICO NEC501RV is a single glass-door refrigerated merchandiser built to sell chilled stock on sight. The full-height glass door puts drinks, sandwiches and grab-and-go lines in front of customers while keeping them cold, which is why this upright format earns its place at the front of convenience stores, takeaways and bars rather than in the back. It is a display cabinet first — merchandising is the job.
Cooling is backed by automatic defrost, so the cabinet clears frost on its own cycle without a manual routine or a mid-service shutdown. It carries climate class 4, meaning it is rated to hold temperature in warm, busy trading conditions — the kind of ambient a shop floor reaches on a hot day with the door opening all shift. The sealed refrigeration system uses R134a.
The cabinet stands 687 mm wide, 705 mm deep and 2010 mm tall, so measure doorways, lifts and the final run before delivery — at just over two metres tall it needs headroom on the approach as well as the pitch. At 140 kg it is a substantial upright, so plan two-person handling on the day and a firm, level position. Confirm the electrical supply against the live specification before you commit.
