Why this single door glass door fridge earns its place
The CEV435 BLACK is a single-door glass merchandiser in an all-black finish, built to display chilled drinks and food-to-go where a darker cabinet suits the fit-out. A single hinged glass door fronts five black wire shelves, holding 358 litres gross and 345 litres net — sized for cans, bottles and packaged chilled lines.
It holds +2 to +10 °C under an electronic controller with automatic defrost, so there is no manual defrost in daily trading. The cabinet runs at 55 dB and carries climate class 4 for warmer or busier retail environments. Rated energy class C, it uses 562.1 kWh a year, about £141 at 25p/kWh, at an energy efficiency index of 34.1.
Externally the cabinet measures 595 × 640 × 1840 mm — a 595 mm width that suits standard doorways — and weighs 74 kg net. It runs on natural R600a refrigerant with a 70 g charge, drawing 370 W from a standard 13 A supply, and is delivered packed at 650 × 715 × 2050 mm.
