Why this double door glass door fridge earns its place
A two-door glass-front refrigerator in black, built to put chilled retail stock in front of customers behind full-height glass. The cabinet holds 1000 litres and the dark powder-coated steel frames the product while both glass doors keep every shelf on show and lit by interior LEDs, so shoppers scan the range before they open a door — drinks, dairy, chilled snacking and packaged fresh lines. Black exterior keeps a tidy front-of-house look and hides marks better than bright steel.
It runs across a 0 to +10 °C band, the working range for general chilled retail such as soft drinks, packaged dairy, sandwiches and chilled snacking. Cooling is ventilated and defrost is automatic, so the cabinet maintains temperature without daily intervention. Customers read the range through the glass and the interior LED lighting makes products visible without opening doors. A digital controller holds the 0 to +10 °C band steady. When a customer opens one door, the rest of the cabinet stays sealed and cold.
The cabinet weighs 202 kg gross and measures 1253 mm wide × 710 mm deep × 2092 mm high (external), so plan a solid, level floor and check the dimensions against your delivery route and final position. The cabinet is relatively compact for a two-door cabinet and operates at 62 dB(A), making it suitable for front-of-house retail positions. The cabinet needs 230V, 50 Hz supply — leave clearance around the cabinet for the ventilated cooling to run efficiently. Craven Cooling can arrange delivery, positioning and commissioning, and back the cabinet with servicing once it is in.
