The BLIZZARD GD630SL is an upright double-door display merchandiser that puts chilled stock behind clear glass, so customers can see and self-select without a member of staff opening a door. The two doors slide rather than swing, which means the cabinet needs no aisle clearance in front of it — useful where floor space is tight and foot traffic is heavy. Full-height glass turns the cabinet itself into the display.
Day to day it runs on R290, a natural hydrocarbon refrigerant with low environmental impact, and clears frost by automatic defrost so there is no manual routine to schedule. A digital temperature controller holds the display at 2–8 °C and shows you the set temperature at a glance. It carries a climate class 4 rating, so it is built to hold that temperature in warmer ambient conditions such as a busy shop floor that heats up through the trading day. The ventilated cooling system and 8 adjustable shelves let you arrange stock as it sells, and LED lighting inside makes chilled items glow.
The cabinet holds 630 litres across 8 adjustable shelves, giving you depth to merchandise a full range or concentrate on one product type. It measures 925 × 695 × 2010 mm (W×D×H), so check doorways, corridors and ceiling height along the delivery path before it arrives — at just over two metres tall and 124 kg it needs clear access and more than one person to position. Castors come fitted as standard, so you can wheel it into place once inside the building. Sliding doors mean you do not need swing clearance once it is sited, but leave room at the rear for ventilation so it runs efficiently. It draws 300 W on a 13 amp supply.
