Why this display fridge earns its place
The Victor Evolution SER90SW is an open-front refrigerated display from Victor's Evolution range, built to put chilled product straight in front of the customer. At 900mm wide, it holds three shelves across a modest counter footprint — ideal for patisserie, dessert, sandwich and grab-and-go lines where anything that slows a customer down costs a sale. With no door to open, the display invites grab-and-go, so it earns its place on a self-serve or served counter rather than in the back.
In service it runs continuously at −1 to +7°C, holding stock merchandised on the three shelves with no door cycling to manage. Load it to the manufacturer's fill lines rather than overpacking the front lip, keep the airflow path clear, and rotate stock front-to-back so the display always reads full. The cabinet weighs 255 kg and is built from stainless steel, so it is robust enough for a busy counter and built to last.
As a floor-standing display it needs a level run of counter or floor with clearance around the vents so the refrigeration can breathe, plus a socket within reach. The footprint is 900mm wide by 750mm deep by 1350mm high — check these dimensions against your doorway and the gap it has to drop into before you order. Confirm the electrical supply and check the warranty terms on the spec sheet (2 years parts and labour).
