Why this flat glass cake display fridge earns its place
The EVOK902 is a flat-glass patisserie and deli display cabinet, 905 mm wide, merchandising cakes, desserts and chilled deli lines across a 1.2 m² display. Three glass shelves plus the base tier stack product for visibility, with a black exterior, grey interior and two sliding glass doors for serve-side access.
It holds a +1 to +10 °C band under an electronic controller with automatic defrost. Rated to climate class 3, it runs at 55 dB. At energy class C with an EEI of 34.1% and 2657.2 kWh a year, running cost is about £664 a year at 25p/kWh.
External size is 905 × 755 × 1400 mm (W×D×H); at 905 mm wide, check standard single doorways and measure the delivery route, as some openings are narrower than the cabinet. It runs from a standard 13A supply drawing 400W and cools with R290 refrigerant on a 135 g charge.
