Why this flat glass cake display fridge earns its place
The EVOK1502 is a flat-glass patisserie and deli display cabinet built to merchandise cakes, pastries and cold deli lines at eye level. It carries 2.05 m² of display space across three glass shelves plus the base deck, so a full counter of product stays visible from the customer side. The black exterior and grey interior keep the focus on what's on the shelves, and two sliding glass doors give staff access from behind.
In use the cabinet holds a display band of +1 to +10 °C, managed by an electronic controller with automatic defrost, so there's no manual defrost routine to schedule. It's rated at climate class 3 for normal indoor trading conditions and runs at 55 dB. At energy class E and 4161 kWh a year, running costs come to about £1040 a year at 25p/kWh.
The cabinet measures 1500 × 755 × 1400 mm (W×D×H) and arrives packed at 1620 × 850 × 1540 mm, so check doorways and lift access against the packed height before delivery. It weighs 160 kg net (170 kg packed), runs from a standard 13 A supply drawing 717 W at 220–240 V, and uses R290 refrigerant with a 145 g charge.
