Why this flat glass serve over fridge earns its place
The Bellini ID 1650FV SR is a 1700 mm flat-glass serveover display for presenting cakes, pastries and chilled counter lines across a wide, low glass front. It offers 1.01 m² of display area and pairs a white exterior with a stainless-steel interior for a clean, food-safe deck. The flat glass gives an unbroken sightline to product from the customer side.
It holds a tight +2 to +6 °C display band with automatic defrost built in, so the temperature is maintained without a manual defrost cycle. The cabinet is rated at climate class 3 for normal indoor trading conditions. At energy class F and 2149.8 kWh a year, running costs come to about £537 a year at 25p/kWh.
The cabinet measures 1700 × 825 × 1290 mm (W×D×H) — a substantial counter, so plan the run and access route before delivery given its 260 kg packed weight (215 kg net). It runs from a standard 13 A supply drawing 400 W at 220–240 V, and uses R290 refrigerant with a 130 g charge.
