Why this display fridge earns its place
The GD342 is Roller Grill's revolving display fridge — a glass merchandiser with five shelves (one a mirrored base) that turn slowly so cakes, desserts and patisserie are shown from every angle without staff handling each item. Where a static cabinet only faces the customer one way, a revolving display keeps the whole 360-litre range moving past the eye at the counter, which is what turns a chilled cake into an impulse buy in a café, bakery or deli. The cabinet is silver stainless steel with double-glazed panels and a hinged glass door.
It is a working chilled display as well as a merchandiser: it holds the product at +2 to +10°C while it rotates, so cakes and desserts stay fresh and presentable through the day without staff restocking it every hour. The rotating carousel stops automatically when the door opens, so you can stock or rotate the display without fighting the mechanism. At 360 litres across five shelves, you can run a meaningful range — colour-coded by type, fast movers at eye level, slower lines below.
The unit is 1.85m tall, 600mm wide and deep, weighs 133kg, and runs on 230V at 690W, so it fits most standard counter footprints and does not demand a heavy-duty circuit. It uses R290 refrigerant (GWP 3, 450g charge) and comes with a 2-year warranty. Measure the footprint and check electrical supply at your site before delivery, and allow clearance around the cabinet so the refrigeration can work properly.
